Salary/Qualification: Earning (or expected to earn) at or above the Fair Work High-Income Threshold (e.g., approx. AUD 158,500–175,000), or a recently completed PhD in a target sector.
Nominator: Endorsement by an Australian citizen, PR, or organisation with national reputation in the applicant’s field.
EOI Process: Submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) — if invited, apply via ImmiAccount using a unique identifier.
Application Process
Submit an Expression of Interest via GTI contact form.
Receive an invitation with a unique identifier if eligible.
Apply for the Subclass 858 visa via ImmiAccount.
Include supporting documents demonstrating achievements, salary/PhD, and nomination.
Undergo health and character checks.
If successful, receive permanent residency with associated benefits.
